M1 Systems sells protective storage and transport equipment only.
We do not manufacture, sell, transfer, or distribute firearms,
ammunition, or controlled components.

The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or
older. By using this website, you represent that you are at least
18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding
contract.

Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right
to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to
anyone at our sole discretion.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right
to correct pricing errors and cancel orders arising from such
errors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase
and account information for all purchases made.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of
loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is
incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Warranty

M1 Systems products are covered by a Lifetime Hardware Warranty
against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The
warranty covers the case shell, latches, hinges, wheels, and
handle assemblies for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

The Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and
tear, misuse, accident, modification, or unauthorized repair.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos,
images, and software, is the property of M1 Systems or its
licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property
laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or
exploit any portion of the Services without express written
permission.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website or its content:

For any unlawful purpose.
To solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
To violate any international, federal, state, or local laws.

for assistance. After sending STOP, you may receive one final
confirmation message.

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered
