Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be
unused, in original condition, and returned in their original
packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping for
standard returns.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your case arrives defective or damaged, email
support@m1systems.com within 14 days of delivery. Your message
must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defect or damage
- Photos of the original packaging if damage occurred in transit
Each claim is reviewed individually. Approved claims include a
prepaid return label and either a full refund or replacement at
our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we
receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs
are non-refundable.
Not Eligible for Return
- Used items
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items damaged after delivery
Lifetime hardware warranty terms are covered separately under
our Warranty Policy.
